right after i quit playing company of heroes for 3 hours then kaput.. (restart laa not blow)

maybe you can try lowering down your

LDT/FSB Frequency Ratio....................... - 4.0 to 1.0 or 2.0?

i test running memtest @ 250mhz @ 2.5ghz got no error... 25 pass

can boot into windows but then blue screen....

is your 2.8vDIMM is really 2.8vDIMM? well mine read @2.87vDIMM (2.8V) while 1.376vCORE (Start-up).

the vdimm is comfirm @ 2.8v.. reading @ 2.83v

if people using ddr600 with any nf4 mobo i think got no problem... a fren of mine once use this ram got no problem...
try using it on DFI LP CFX3200-DR/G...
u'll will start to cry when u want to set the dram setting...
u have to set each setting properly to get a good result...

Its correct, 250mhz u use 4x. But if u want it to run at 300mhz u need to use 3x multi.

well, let me recall back what OPB said before. (not applied to nf4 non expert or venus)

1. Don't set MAL and RP under bios. You have to set AUTO.
2. IdleCycle Limit - set to auto under bios to boost MAL tighter.
3. If go higher fsb, then DS can go with 1. DDS sometimes can be tricky, if you have very strong ram, try 3 first, but always from auto, then if safe, go 2 then go 3, normally 2 is just perfect for average users.

for my case when the voltage set over 2.6v
then will blue screen some time
and try ds 8 dds 3 1st and start tunning from 250 fsb to 300fsb

agree, most if d tccd (espcially older batch) don't like high voltage, 2.5~2.7v is d best for my case. wink.gif
