Hi petanipadi,

For your case, we will suggest you to change to prepaid (under plan Hotlink FAST) and subscribe to Validity365 (RM33). You can keep your number for one whole year smile.gif

Thank you

Dear maxis,

Referring to your link, the maxis OnePlan data quota seems different from what we are getting right now. I am on OnePlan 128 and my quota is just 3GB but it is shown in your advertisement to be 5GB before the promo. Does this mean that East Malaysia customers also enjoy more data even on their regular OnePlan 128 all this while? What is the rationale behind this?

Hi attw

We value your feedback, however this is an ongoing promotion for Sabah/Sarawak customers at this moment. We will forward your feedback to the relevant team for future enhancement.

Thank you

You may value my feedback, but I doubt you value me and the other West Malaysia residents as customers, even though we probably form the vast majority of your subscription base. I currently have two accounts with maxis and pay over RM400 in monthly dues. That will change when my contract is over. Kindly feedback this to your management as well.

And feel free to forward these comments here in this article link to your management too.

dear Maxis, can explain why there's no promotion for Peninsular Malaysia users like in Sabah/Sarawak.

why the company discriminate like this. We're all Malaysian. Should offer for whole Malaysia Users
