Hi guys, i have a Alienware 14, the monitor have a vertical blue line recently.
Anyone know why it become like this?

either screen problem or graphic card problem, pray its not the latter

means ur lcd panel spoil ,

if no warranty left ,

my benq come out 2 line,

left 1 month warranty of 3 years,

send to them , they telling me benq panel only 1 year,

i am so dissapointed ,

i write my frustration in benq topic here , and taiwan amoi and local benq office call me and apologize ,

telling me that 2015 above the warranty is 3 years for the panel.

the taiwan benq send me benq paper book and a 8gb usb 3.0 thumdrive

i buy that benq monitor for rm280 from mcl distri but benq service center want rm420 to replace that stupid panel ......

sadly, warranty had over
