BenQ is ok, but they need to add more service centres to East Malaysia.
I've previously bought a BenQ monitor, the monitor arrived with some back light bleed. I sent them back and they send me a new one from Taiwan which took about two weeks. (postage was arranged by them, which is nice). Not long later, the power adapter has issues and I inquired the staff at Anda Network(which is responsible for the warranty). It took them so long to reply my inquiries and after a few email sent they didn't reply anymore. At last I sold it away and get myself an Acer monitor (which there is service centers around my area).

So if you want to get a monitor, try to find the manufacturers that have service center near you. It will be better and less time consuming if there's anything wrong.
