Solved, preventive maintenance clear all dust and applied new thermal paste. Test run more than 6 hours without any issue.

No application on software on PS Store to check temperature, anyone faced temperature issue?

Any 3rd party shop do the maintenance and offer replacement parts especially joystick parts?
