Mine is a first generation PS4 and this is how I fix it everytime.
1 - Power off PS4 and unplug the power cord
2 - Keep pressing the power on button on your PS4 until it no longer beeps or light up.
3 - connect back the power cord and start your PS4 normally, enjoy.
