You should have read the pop-up messages carefully next time, the first time you subscribed to the ps+ there was a message informing you that the subscription will be renewed automatically upon expiration, the message also inform you that you can turn off the auto-renewal in the ps+ setting. Remember not to simply press next or OK, the last time I did that I was denied online check-in for a flight because I press "yes" to the question of whether I carry any dangerous items.....
