I order at Aeon Melaka Sony Centre , they say most probably the stock will arrive on December between January , which is much better than GameHyperMart in waiting list No265 , I rather give up the discount coupon and willing to pay more , since GameHyperMart service is seriously poor to me .

Message or email them no reply at all , but when I said if they not gonna tell me the number of the waiting list I will cancel my order and yes that's how I get my number

Somehow I have a feeling that GH purposely offered the lowest price in order to attract more customers to pay them upfront, so they can utilized free money during the pre-order and post launch period. I might be wrong on this but this is how I feel right now, if I'm not wrong nobody that orders from them receive any pro unit since launch, while other retailers already started fulfilling their waiting list at small scale and painfully slow rate.

Really disappointed with Gamehypermart with the further delay.  But I am sure all other shops also facing similar shortage of Pro, cancelling also will be pointless. Damn it. Final fantasy releasing already, and our Pro is nowhere in sight.

It is pointless to direct our complaints to the shops, looks like the major issue lies with Sony Malaysia. Perhaps we can direct our complaints to Sony? Does anyone know if there is a proper channel for us to direct complaints to Sony Malaysia? Perhaps with mass complaints, Sony will get their sh!t in order.
