This is what I have done last month, I bought my first ps4 cuh1006 back in February 2014 and been struggle with this problem almost two years and now finally I got myself a new cuh1206 and I can confirm this model already fixed it cause every night I play disc based games almost a month nowI still have more than a year of warranty since I got it with extended warranty.
