I bought a nice 4k HDR TV, pre-ordered the Pro, bought new sound system, pre-ordered ffxv deluxe edition, and the collector's edition official guide. All of that only to be screwed over by Sony and gamehypermart. My tears will be flooding KL come 29 Nov.

just bought samsung ks7000 yesterday, try FFXV demo with HDR on, indeed the effect of this tv is very nice  thanks to those bro & sis who recommended this tv for me    now lets hope we all getting our pro at end of nov 

Here's my problem with local shops.

First, you ask them countless time "Hey am I in the first batch?"
Well, naturally they respond to you "Yes". Understandable because they want to sell you stuff.
Then, they tell you "Well we are still taking first batch order, 200 units of order and still going strong" DESPITE Sony didn't assign any number or dates.
Fine, business is business, they are trying to earn money only. Post launch, ask about how long do I have to wait, they can't give answer, alright, they push the blame fully to Sony Malaysia.
When asked about at least give me a number? how many units do I need to wait to reach me? Well, it's a secret, they don't dare to let you know because they will lose you as a customer.

I mean the least they can do is let us know where we are in the waiting list? Why is that so secret and hard to do?

If it was like a 200 units order promised by Sony and last minute 180 units come in, fine.
Last minute they tell us 10 units coming. Great.

Did they give you anything in regards to the waiting list? Many and many people ask them, even those Sept ordered ones, all they can answer is well you're in the waiting list.

Guys looking to get PS4 pro later. Can advice which place I can get it at best price or the most free stuff bundled? Thanks!

if you dont mind to wait, why dont you hold back for PO, after sales in US, should have plenty stocks flow into market, just wait for good deal comes only place your order.

Hi, I am wondering if I pre-order final fantasy xv,  will it has some issue like delay like ps4 pro? I am considering pro or not pro since there is no news from Sony Malaysia on the stocks availability.  I might change my mind from pro to slim since the pre-order pro waiting list is so long.

Just had a chat with Game Hypermart on FB.
And now I'm confused. 
Initially they told me they're ordering 300 units of PS4 pro. (Refer SS below)

Then I saw a reply from the member here saying that they (GH) are ordering 200 units of PS4 pro.
So which one we should trust?

Quantity wise...? Not sure as well... they said they are expecting 100 units at least. 

Whenever I message SP&K and ask them "any update?"
They will reply me, huh? update what?
I reply to them PS4 Pro.
They reply "What about it?"

God damn I want to kill myself everytime i talk to them.

I mean, why is restocking the most sold console in the world so hard in Malaysia? Other places can literally go to any shop and pick it up.
Why is this still a problem after so many product launches... So I guess I have to pay deposit for the Switch now to secure day 1?
I still can't believe I preordered something with full payment and others got it by walking into a shop.
Anyway if anybody spotted any Pro available in shops around Penang please let me know, I really don't want to deal with SP&K, they are horrible...

Today, I went to prangin. Game tag no idea when pro will available. The staff told me might be next year Jan. The other 2 shops beside kopitiam there also no idea. One of them even worst. I ask them price for slim (since pro not available) They not even wanna look at me and show the price on calculator as if the staff unable to talk.

Try changing your RGB setting to full instead of automatic/limited.
How was the refund process with gemfive? did you receive back the money yet?
I'm seriously on the fence to cancel it and give up getting one.
