I don't think game hypermart get the money yet.
As long as the order is not being fullfil, the money will still with Gemfive. (for those who bought from gemfive)

This is what I understand la, correct me if I'm wrong.

I think most ppl order from gemfive due to the discount code, gemfive will hold the money until GH send out the goods to buyer, hence i don't think they can use the money. (not applicable to those who directly purchase via their website)

Just don't understand if they can't fulfill anyone of us, they should announce early so that we able to source in other place instead of give us hope that we able to receive end of NOV but at the end disappointing us . Just wonder how come they even can't get 1!

glad that i trusted my 6th sense to opt for refund last week.
there's no way an online retailer can source hundreds of ps4 pro in one go. not to mention, they havent even got the stocks for early september preorder, which most shops i know of already got theirs (despite the small quantity, but at least there r stocks incoming).

I have no idea how the money movement works between Gemfive and GH, but even those monies are still at Gemfive's hand, it's quite strange that GH can't even secure one pro unit to fulfill the waiting list at this point.

When did you preordered from Sony mid valley and whats your batch number? Heard batch #3 will get it before christmas. I think theres 10 slots per batch.

I don't know what to feel anymore. I am truly dissappointed with GH. I'd already vented my frustration in their mail. This is the last time I will be having businesses with them. Time to look for other shops that can give out better supply for the Pro I guess.

Well as far as I am aware other shops are seriously out of stock either. If you place your order by now you will get it no sooner than Jan 2017 too I guess.

That's why I chose to stick with GH for my Pro pre-order, not because I like this but it's the only option I have now.

Sorry to say that anyone who ordered from Gemfive will be disappointed. For sure suppliers will fulfill those who pay more but as for them, they sold the unit at rm15++?

Yeah I know pal, that is the most logical conclusion. But I'm really, really frustrated in how GH explained things to their customers. If they cannot fulfill ithe orders before just say so, I would opt to wait while searching for alternatives to buy the Pro.

Right now I really feel like I don't want to give them my money, as they are not worthy of it. This is maybe just my temper speaking but I rarely experiences this mixed of anger and dissapointment such as today. If there are a better shops out there, do tell me and I'll surely go to place an order for the PS4 Pro.

At least GameHypermart updates their customers via email, GameOn on the other hand doesn't even provide any sort of updates.
And the funny thing is, GameOn is currently still accepting 2nd batch Pre-orders on GemFive. (with the estimated date of arrival : TBA) rofl.

Called GH, apparently it is gemfive who subsidies la. I think they are doing their best to get the stocks. No choice lo..have to wait..i even bought a 4K tv for FF15
