Do PPAM projects usually come without any facilities or "kawasan hijau"?
If the PPAM residents wanna use the facilities of the other block but didn't pay the same amount of maintenance fees then it is unfair |

Then why would block B residents dissatisfied if there is only one guard house? Block A residents can go to their units/facilities.
But from the video, there seems to be more issues other than the guard house, such as the kawasan hijau. |
