Based on that protest video, the only thing stopping the PPAM is a chain link fence. It’s not a good implementation and does make it seem like a prison.

So be wary if you’re buying into a mixed development.

It’s the atypical divide and conquer tactic endemic to the country’s politics.

Full priced buyers will always feel entitled and the PPAM will feel short changed. So who has power wins - exercise your democratic privilege to vote and don’t be complacent whichever side of the fence you sit on.
