Currently is a shared guardhouse. But still separated by different block.
Block 1 - PPAM units only. Nil facility.
Block 2 - RUMAHWIP and bebas units. Got pool, gym.

Now Block 2 units want to split the guardhouse.

Of course they are also willing to have a separated guardhouse. Why need to share 1 guardhouse when you can have 2?
But the main issue here is the access road. There is no access road left.
Even if got a new separated guardhouse, vehicle from Block 1 still need to exit via the existing main guardhouse due to the above issue.

Depend on project. Different project different offering.
PPAM Bayu Andaman and Amansuri examples those that come with condo facilities.

Also some like rumahwip as well. Some just nil facility apartment. Depending on project.

Heard that strata title already issued out.
So whoever with more number of owners completed title perfection will be able to control majority in the MC.

As a record at Parkhill / PPAM BJ, PPAM managed to vote in majority JMB members during the first AGM.

There is no fence to block access to green zone anymore.
Developer already removed the fence.

And there wont be a separated guardhouse. Will only use the existing main guardhouse for both blocks.

If you have been to the site, you will know that by having a separated entrance, the already narrow one way road will be forced to become two way. Coz the free cost block will block the access at the back. Is a trap. A fence was actually illegally built at the back with the intention of blocking but then removed after complain lodged by PPAM owner.

I guess PPAM guys do not want any additional facilities. Just maintenance fees to be reduced. That’s all.
