Developer was building a new guardhouse for PPAM before VP but they stopped the developer to do so.

Developer pay for it, they rejected.

Jalilmas and Havre split guard house although same land.

Regardless, are they supposed to be separated or not?

Do PPAM projects usually come without any facilities or "kawasan hijau"?

If the PPAM residents wanna use the facilities of the other block but didn't pay the same amount of maintenance fees then it is unfair

Btw PPAM, rumah bebas and rumahwip...all sharing one master title or separate title? The buildings seem all sit on common podium.

The biggest s***w up not yet show face if all these components sharing single master title.

Imo...it is a bad planning from start.

Worst yet come especially after JMC formation especially related to share units distribution.

Last last Block B gave out and allow one way traffic in order to avoid overlapping traffic, dont la complaint lewat cause have to let block B cars go first. ala ala try to curi short cut to exit by reverse traffic.

So in this case Block A will always have to take a big circle around the whole property to exit?
