The problem is I stay near to Kajang, to drive all the way to one of their shop (Wangsa Maju / Subang Jaya) is very far for me, I want to make sure they really have the stock before I drive over there.

I like to keep things moderate, ie home workout, not overly particular on food nutrients etc. But though I'm considered fit, getting a bit more buff is kinda nice, so just wondering.

Whole foods means I got to go home early right after work to prepare bolting eggs X 10, self cook chicken breasts or salmon, oh no....I done that for nearly a month and I give up because I have to wash plates, wash kitchen, etc.

Lol all i can say is, you can't out supplement or out lift a bad diet. Went thru this shit for years and trust me I know what I'm talking about. If you're not willing to discipline yourself to spend time in the kitchen, chances of you reaching your goal, either to shred up or bulk up (with lease amount of fat gains) is near impossible. You can go to any other forums (and yes even forums catering to steroid users), the first thing the veterans will ask you is not your lifting routine, juice stacks or supplement stacks, but your diet.


As per the above poster said, you can eat out, but goodluck trying to gauge all the macros in the foods.
