Unifi Question about new TM cabinet near my house

At the cabinet there is a sticker that writes WBU VB5020 (WBU = Wakaf Bharu, as this cabinet connected to central office at Wakaf Bharu, maybe) The sticker is there after TM guy pulled fibre cable to the cabinet.

I don't see any fibre distribution box yet. Probably for Streamyx 8Mbps.

My house area just install this cabinet. .... or what did i miss?Tm said up to 20mbps for hsbb. Sadly my house just support up to 4mbps this moment. |

Want to know whether your area is deveploing UniFi Serveri, you can take note on the cabling activity nearby your area and also the telephone poll having new black fat cable.
