 Changed from Postpaid to Prepaid, 3 hours + more than 10 restarts....

G'evenin' guise (and Maxis especially).

So I just changed my plan from postpaid to prepaid couple of hours ago at Maxis Sunway Pyramid.

The counter told me that my line would be resolved in arnd 30 mins to 1 hour tops.

But until now, I still dont have any signal (meaning that my line hasnt been activated yet)

Should I pay a visit to them again, or should I waste my moolah to call d Helpline, or should I just wait like Yoda?

I'm not a fan of waiting. Or calling them Helpline, that is.

is it possible to change from postpaid to prepaid? i didn't know that..

just hold on till tomorrow. first day of work a bit slow tongue.gif

since you on postpaid. I don't think you are charged to call 123 (helpline)

The thing is, upon cancellation, they deactivated my line within seconds in front of the counter. Paisehhh cry.gif

So I dont have any means to call the Helpline number.

Am now at d Maxis Centre again in Sunway.

Case closed. Rectified at Maxis itself. Apparently they didnt tell me what was wrong.
