Hi, everyone. I'm new to travel planning in Malaysia using websites. Could you recommend some websites that compare travel+accommodation prices depending on your destination and/or websites that offer good packages? These should be without any tour group aspects; only flight + place to stay. Thanks a lot.

Hi there, you can try Traveloka which has both hotel & flight, one of the leading flight and hotel booking platform in Southeast Asia. They also have their own Android & iPhone App Hope that helps! This post has been edited by paradoxicalirony: Feb 11 2016, 03:19 PM

Really wanna thank everyone for all their shared info. I saw in another thread here someone mentioned wego.com.my. It seems to compare prices of different airlines (budget and national carriers). Another site to add to everyone's directories

i think traveloka is great. case in point being, if i made booking directly with airasia, they charge me RM4 for paying by bank account or RM48 by credit card, however if i book the flight with traveloka, none will be charge on me using credit card for the same exact flight. so moving forward i might avoid booking directly with airasia.

For flights, usually I will use www.skyscanner.com. Got me real cheap ticks for Indonesia.

if you are ok with paying full in advance - airasiago.com if you like free cancellations - booking.com generally, i like to search multiple booking site, between airasiago, agoda n booking.com as some hotel might only on 1 of these sites only ( usually new hotel)
