Sometimes it just happened that the bad connector or wire just get connected when you plug it into other device. Have you tried to wiggle the connector? It could be either the jack on the PC or the plug on the speaker side sad.gif

What speaker is that? I was thinking that the new jack on the PC is using the 4 connection type. I have no idea or any experience with Windows 10 sad.gif
