Every SMD item arrive in it's own envelope, it's own paper bag ... buy 1 QFN IC will arrive in the standard chip container followed by ESD bag followed by paper bag followed by it's own box. Their replacement order also quite efficient , I once ordered a current sensor ic to test, they send the wrong thing, after i take picture and liaise with their support email they redeliver the item within 3 days. Just want to know the experience from the members who bought from RS Components Malaysia online store before.

But they like to send each item separately la. So imagine you order 5-6 component, every day u will receive 1 envelope for each component ...
