I noticed this morning when I ate a mantou I become quite bloated after that, when I first woke up I wasn't.
How do you reduce bloating of your stomach?

Workout and eat clean. Well, 80% of the time.

No processed sugar. At all. The only thing is now everything that is slightly sweet tastes too sweet.

But meh whatever. Better healthy and rock hard abs? Yea, worth it.

Did you drink water after eating the mantou? You know, bread + water = bloat bloat bloat!

Otherwise, you may be allergic to gluten.

Bread and buns tend to bloat me also loh. Have hot ginger tea drink? Maybe that'll help. Then next time just prevent eating the stuff that causes you to feel bloated.

It could be your gastrointestinal tract is not functioning very well or the motility is slow. It could also due to certain food intolerance. Many reasons. Yea try to eat slowly, eat small first. Healthy lifestyle helps. Also if systems persist, can consult a specialist, the helicobacter pylori bacteria in stomach maybe the culprit
