DmC pretty fun hack'n'slash. RE series ok/decent. Not sure the other "more games coming soon" but based on the last capcom bundle, one of them is RE5.

That does not include all DLCs and expansions.

You can wait for the reviews to see whether worth buying on day one or not. Since it is Steam, you can buy / pre-order anytime from now until the release of the game (ie. 21 October 2016).
