May we know what is your phone model?

For Android, the phone will auto configure the settings. If cannot browse, go to Settings > More networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names. Then, tap on Option and choose Reset to default.
For iPhone - just Enable Cellular Data and you can start to browse.

Well, i'm using Android phone model Sony Xperia ST21i. And about the option that reset to default is not working to me since its just reset to nothing

For 4G connection, you still use the same unet APN for your phone. There is no specific APN for 4G connection.

Hi, i got a HP 612 X2 Tablet on Win 10 Pro 64 bit, i got the Maxis Sim yesterday, it keeps asking me to put in the APN, i tried many APD code, all failed with the error code
"Can't connect to this network - Enter an APN and try again"
