Those guys came today and only replace the router? My exisitng modem is really old (the small orange one) and the phone after using a while has no battery. I wanted a new set but how come everything is being 'recycled' except the router?? Its suppose to be a new sign up with maxis. I understand if they wanted to resue the wires (they even wanted to charge me when i wanted to change my modem n router to new place) -.-" i find seriously disappointing. I want a new modem and phone -.-

Ok now im being told maxis no longer offer phone, but how about my modem?

Maxis doesn't provide free dect phone.

Yes maxis use tm infra, so they only replace router

Regarding modem, it's life time warranty from tm. You can spoilt the modem can call for replacement.

So u mean even if im under maxis, i'll need to go back to tm to change the modem if its broken?

No need, u can call Maxis and they will liaise with TM to replace for u.

and it will take ages for TM to come and replace for u
