if you're going to university in Japan, you'll be wanting to go to Sophia since that's like the only one I've heard that uses English. Japan is popular for their robotics, so I would think Electrical would be a good option. I'm not familiar with the Japanese system but if you like, I could ask around cos I have a number of friends in Sophia and Waseda.
