My experience and observation on rapidkl:
1) If two buses arrives around the same time, sometimes bus behind will not stop (even if different bus number).
2) If people just walk out the bus station and beratur when the bus is arriving and does not wave hand, some bus driver will ignore and no stop.
3) Some bus driver straight away ignore even if you wave hand, terus jalan saja. WTF? They think we tahan taxi?
4) The ETA led board dunno wat use. Not accurate at all. ETA 20 minutes. 20 minutes later ETA become 18 minutes. Somemore the led board show TIBA but no bus.
5) Some bus driver like to change route if jam. Then ask people to get down and walk to the station on their own. Maybe this is one of the reason why the led board show TIBA but no bus arrive. Few days ago one unker ask bus driver why no turn in but kena marah by bus driver.
6) Sometimes can wait one hour but no bus come.
I think we all should fight for consumers right.
1) Note down the bus driver and bus plate number and lodge complain
2) Petition and memorandum to SPAD and RapidKL
3) A guideline for passenger to demand compensation from rapidkl if waited for bus more than x minutes. eg: rapid kl bus pass for one month.
I remember got one /k member who complain wait rapidkl for 2 hours but no bus arrive. Dunno is who d.
