I think trust your gut instinct, if he doesn't want to reveal himself etc, you can end up with full of regrets later

Probably a Nigerian scam artist. Similar MO. You send stuff first and he pays later which normally means he never pays.

Just send him all the details and if he wants to deal ask him to get his friend to contact you to meet up
Nothing to lose like that

just go back to the basic, when the money is in your account, then send the goods.

if the money needs to go thru swiss bank first then kili kili kulu kulu all kind of story, then dont do it.

one lady in taiwan kena conned 2millions, the international scammers gained her trust first, first few shipment all pay cash, 3rd shipment kena conned.

Since you dun know him, and having doubts(which you SHOULD have doubts). For new customers, always take payment first. Then goods delivery. Mate, you the seller. You reserved all your rights in how to sell your stuffs. To play safe, always receive payment the better.

As for the lost he mentioned in his PM. Does not matter at all. We always make a lost all the time. And, we never afraid of making a lost to be a gain in some cases. smile.gif

Even if the $$ is banked in first doesn't mean the $$ was banked in by the scammer.

Remember the scammer could have lie to someone else and asked the victim to bank in $$ to seller account and he can run away with the stock.

Unless COD. thumbup.gif

IMO he is a scammer. A online shop in london is it? Don't know that representer is the wrong use of language n just follows ur lead (wrong use of language).

Then refuses to give his company details?

Then the phrase 'Kind Regards" is a Nigerian termology used in sentances. They apparently do not know that it is used for ending a letter.

So this smells of a scam or money washing. Whatever the case i strongly suggest u do not in anyway deal with him or communicate ur details or ur shop's details to him that he may find useful for identity theft.

If he really is interested in a deal, Pay 1st, send later.
He is the unknown here. So no reason should u send the items 1st or what.
Better the idea of not earning 1k pounds than losing 1k pounds in reality.
And how ever I look at it.. It doesn't look decent to me..

Erm, I don't know whether i get it correct or not, since he say his friend will come over your place to deal with it, then mean one hand payment one hand stock, right? So nothing lost, right? Or i get the wrong meaning??

what our sifu , RangerRed , was right. something is fishy and i believe his sixth sense always right. he warned me once last time and its true biggrin.gif thanks to you bro , owe u a drink biggrin.gif alicafe biggrin.gif

this time a wierd case spreading in lowyat.net and not only i encountered this same problem.

This case is not as simple as we think. Nothing to lose? are u sure? now maybe but later aint know. when greed comes..sure fall.

why find me? if they can offered 1000 pound per month , why dont they just buy in london then? why in malaysia? warranty status some item doesnt cover london. some is only local malaysia warranty only.

i smell fishy as well and i wish everyone double check first before make any move. i dont like ppl fall on traps again.

just imagine , now adays conmen are damn great. from high status men e.g. lawyer and engineer oso being cheated / conned too biggrin.gif

Agree with what you said. Don't let greed cover your eyes.
