Well now Sega has shown us Xbox 360 owners some more loving, by releasing the first few screenshots of the game, to help prove that it looks just as good as the PS3 version of the game.

The "weapons" in VF5 are all for decorative purposes. biggrin.gif

If this game uses only the D-pad on the 360 (like the PS3), then its gonna be difficult considering how crappy the d-pad on the 360 is. SF2 was a waste of money cause the pad is so damn $hitty.

gameplay wise; to me is so so, maybe i'm not used to the VF5 system yet. graphics wise; the players are quite detailed, a little bit too shiny tho, and the arena & background doesnt hv much detail. no motion blur, no cool particle effects.

generally speaking it's not THAT bad but i was expecting something more.... maybe everything is not there yet coz it's just a demo (or maybe 'rock you like a hurricane' from the GH3 demo is messing with my head tongue.gif )

anyone else tried the demo? comments?

Tried the demo last week. Compared to the PS3 version, i would say the graphics are a tad too dark. The problem comes with the controls. We all know how bad the 360 D-pad is. I couldn't get Akira's double palm to come out no matter how hard i tried.

Does the 360 have a VF stick just like the PS3? Or better yet, can the Virtua Stick by Sega be used on both systems? If yes, I'm definitely in.

BTW, the VF series always have bad voice acting. They have crappy story line too. So its best to ignore them. Gameplay on the other hand, its step up above other 3D fighters. (yes, i know lots of ppl disagree)

^ No I'm comparing it with a retail PS3 VF5 game. The PS3 version doesn't allow u to control the characters with the analog stick but at least the d-pad is heaps better.
