my 30mbps never get full speed, always 10 to 18 mbps when lucky max can get 23mbps. what should I do? Tests done using speedtest.net, if I use speedtest.tm.com (as advice from TM technical support) I get 22 to 28mbps. Why? But when i ever i download max i get was 2.1 mb/s.

QUOTE(kebeckham7 @ Feb 19 2016, 02:18 PM) test the speed with ur pc/laptop connected to lan....u use stock router or u have bought new router?, if the the speed u get 80% from what they advertise it will be good enough. like mine 50mbps got only average 48-47mbps. Im not using the stock router I'm using Asus RT-N12, yes i agree with getting 80% is reasonably good enough. But most of the time I'm only getting 13 - 16. Do I have to reset the modem? All I did was restart it. Thanks

QUOTE(kebeckham7 @ Feb 19 2016, 03:34 PM) ermm, 13-16mbps definitely low. not even 20mbps. do u apply Qos setting ? or u can try to reset it. if the problem still occur u need to call unifi center and do a report about this. nope did not enable QOS, maybe will try to reset it once before calling. Thanks!

QUOTE(VeeJay @ Feb 19 2016, 03:53 PM) have you tried with the original router from TM? is it giving the same low bandwidth? Original router already buried in the dump or some good man have picked it up for recycle. lol

QUOTE(akira982443 @ Feb 19 2016, 05:16 PM) No. what i'm asking is when you apply for upgrade on friday morning and you get in the next day. Did someone from telekom need to come down to your house or they just contact you to inform you the upgrade has been completed? Oh, Nope. Only sent me an email saying upgraded please restart modem for 5mins.
