Does any1 having latency(FPS online game, not local) during daytime?

I think our asian network is been ddos?????!?!??!?! Possible???!??!
the latency increases from 10am til now...but i'm not sure wat time it stop. Only when i woke up in da morning..around 830am...the ping is good.. but around 10am...the ping increased and continue up.... So....... |
