I've upgraded to 30mbps about 3-4 months ago and I felt that my browsing experience deteriorated. When I am using 10m, very rarely I experience buffering when streaming videos but 30......... its constantly especially during 10pm until 1 am.. sigh..

Guys, I am relocating to new place where there is no coverage unifi or streamyx. But i just upgraded to 30mb last year causing my contract to restart. Can I temporarily suspend my account until got coverage? I call CS they say cannot. I still have to pay even without services during no coverage

Okay I'll try to wall in tomorrow. I already called their CS, tweet and email. All say cannot temporary suspend and termination will cause me to pay penalty. sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

Just found out from TM point that I can terminate without penalty if relocate to area without unifi or streamyx coverage. I requested to temporary suspension, they didn't allow and said it can only allowed if I need to relocate to overseas and installation address remains the same
