From my years of experience with MMOs (located in EU/NA), your ping is highly affected by IP addresses. Go into your router's page, fetch another IP and run the games again. You'll see a shift in latency when your IP changes at the first digits, i.e 175.xx --> 210.xx --> 60.53.XX, etc.
