Applied for Unifi advance and their sales team called me on thursday before CNY but till now still no call by the installation team to set a date yet. Normally how long do you guys have to wait?

Thx Amirudin, just called TM. They said my order does not even exist. Might take up to 2 weeks to exist in system.

Best thing is she said she will generate a complain report for me so they will investigate but it takes 7 days for the report to be acted upon!

So I think I will end up having to go in to a TM point and request again, the other day was application thru their website.
