Hey guys im using Unifi VIP 5 , and the past few months i have experience this unknown packet loss factor when playing games. Eg. CSGO , League of Legends. The ping basically spikes up to 800 + every few minutes and then i teleport in game / freeze. Why is this happening its super annoying cant even enjoy my online games anymore. Called them last year and they sent a letter to me saying they are working to replace / improve their equipment from november ~ march 2016? but never heard fro mthem since. Will greatly appreciate it if you guys can help me out on this
