Just to share my experience. I live on the 3rd floor of a shop apartment. I register for Unifi 30MB. An installer came and want to charge me RM250 for wiring all the way from Ground Floor to third floor, the wiring pass through a steel pipe square all the way to ground floor installed by the apartment. I told the installer, I don't want to pay RM250, it's too much money. So they went away. Then in the other week, another set of installer came, this time they want RM350 also to cover wiring from Ground to 3rd Floor. I did the same thing, so they went away. Then I wrote a letter of Complain to help@tm.net.my, describing the variety of charges asked by the installer. After 2 days, an Installer called me and told me that they will install for me for free. After completed, I gave him RM50 for lunch and perhaps Starbucks !
