QUOTE(nikrizal @ Feb 14 2016, 11:51 AM) for those who's on unifi30 or 50, you can try streaming 4K UHD Netflix trial now..well since last month. I have tried two months, of course both on free one month trials I watched the whole 8 episodes of Grace and Frankie in 4K and was instantly impressed. But I will wait for more 4K conent, then subscribe to the highest price.the problem now, it's tempting to continue the subscription, but there is no contract, meaning you can terminate anytime |

QUOTE(eehong @ Mar 29 2016, 10:04 AM) I've just installed my 30mbps last week, it was a non-standard installation, due to my kitchen wall is tiles, contractor said can't drill, have to go through 3rd floor, over the roof, and all the way down to living hall again. Just to share my experience. I live on the 3rd floor of a shop apartment. I register for Unifi 30MB. An installer came and want to charge me RM250 for wiring all the way from Ground Floor to third floor, the wiring pass through a steel pipe square all the way to ground floor installed by the apartment. I told the installer, I don't want to pay RM250, it's too much money. So they went away. Then in the other week, another set of installer came, this time they want RM350 also to cover wiring from Ground to 3rd Floor. I did the same thing, so they went away. Then I wrote a letter of Complain to help@tm.net.my, describing the variety of charges asked by the installer. After 2 days, an Installer called me and told me that they will install for me for free. After completed, I gave him RM50 for lunch and perhaps Starbucks ! Initially they charge RM450, but I managed to bargain for RM400. Is it a reasonable price or did they overcharged? Can i log complaint to TM? P/S : If the 2 installers saw this : I am truly sorry for you. |
