i want to ask u is the hyppTV package already included in the unifi advance 30mbps or its separate package? what i want to know...u paid rm179 u get unifi 30mbps+hyptv package or is it separate price meaning u paid rm179 for the 30mbps and rm59 for the hyptv aneka ( for example).?

My in-game ping and packet loss were fine in the morning. But in the afternoon, they aren't fine. Anyone having the same problem as me?

Why is Streamyx affected? Isn't this Unifi problem only?

Can i terminate the hypptv for my vip30 package?

Hey all, I am using streamyx and playing mobile app game which server located in US. I am totally cannot loading game resource, cannot loading their CDN... After using Singapore and US VPN also cannot. But using Celcom data no problem at all... Can I know, TM down for whole month affect to Unifi only or both? Why connected to VPN also susah to connect US server... sad

Totally cannot connect to oversea server like Facebook, Hotmail and SG server... Streamyx...only can access Malaysia server. I think Lowyat server at Malaysia~

I don't know why but I feel very depressed now.    

it's pretty much confirmed. Our speeds will be doubled for free. Not sure if it'll be announced on April 1st but it's happening.

just registered unifi for my shop

they're now giving dlink dir-850 router. maybe they want to do the time and give 100Mbps for 179?

I can say it is 100% final.

Guys if my house already got unifi cable (pls excuse my naivety), do i need to let the management of my apartment knows about the installation?

Also, how long is the promotion ends really?
