Websites browsing were slow since last Saturday. Not sure when this International link issue will be fixed. Customer support in call center don't even know TM has this issue now. Rubbish service.

So useless Unifi. Affected my online works badly. Never learn to improve.

One month to fix the International cable. This is not acceptable. With such a big company, I don't see why they can't fix it faster. Malaysia really has serious problem.

I'll try using YES. I remembered TM has same problem years ago, I was lucky to have YES Internet that time. It is smooth.

I used YES 4G now and solved my Internet problem temporarily. Very smooth browsing websites and as fast as Unifi 5mps. RM50 for 2.5 GB per month.

This is really a fu#king company with some fu#king management. Got a call from TM staff asking to upgrade subscription at promotion price during March. The cable was broken and service was so bad, but still want to take the chance to promote their service.

Service was so bad this month but still dare to call and ask people pay more.

This is worst in the world.

Can't blame? If they want to make money, they need to do it ethically. The service was bad during the month but still want to call and ask people to pay more for upgrade.

There is still other Internet service here. I have spent extra money to use YES 4G because of TM problem. YES is working fine.
