my complaint on the ADV50 upload speed got shot down by TM, stating that upload speed remains as per website guess i'll have to wait until it gets upgraded..

Besides that, anyone notices throttling on fb/insta/youtube recently during the evening hours? feels sluggish compared to a VIP20 that I tested side by side..

if we call unifi to upgrade from vip10 to the new 30mbps package, how long will it take to activate? last week the tm officer did call me about the upgrade but that time i just can speak long enuff now till today never re-call me..plan to upgrade

tm 30mbps has been very very unstable lately.

barely getting 10mbps and can't even iflix.

5mbps was much more stable. thinking of changing it back.

And till this very day, i'm getting charged rm210 although i did not sign for the hypptv package and have already complained about it,
