QUOTE(G K Lai @ Feb 26 2016, 10:45 AM) No wonder no one call me, that TM lady called my number and spoke to me, but when entering my order particulars, she keyed in the wrong number, so the contractor can't reach me. I just called TM and realized it, now have to fix another date for installation. So, today's wait is WASTED! From my experience, going to nearest TM Point is faster to solve your problem. I wasted 2 and half months (11 weeks to be exact) complaining to 100, twitter, email with many case ID created (& not solve), regarding installation issue. With TM Point, 1 week settle.

QUOTE(G K Lai @ Feb 26 2016, 02:23 PM) Wow this was so bad to hear about your experience with the installation. Now I think I really need to go to TM Point because since I called them up this morning, I still haven't receive a new confirmation email or any SMS (since they corrected my phone number). This is bad! It is tedious to request permission from my work office for go home and wait for the contractor. Just go to TM point, talk nicely with the rep. She even let me choose my preferred phone no & installation date. You can choose on Saturday too & even Sunday. TM point normally have direct contact with installation team leader, so any problem they can solve immediately.

QUOTE(ham_revilo @ Feb 26 2016, 11:16 PM) is there anyway to complaint or write in official letter/email to someone to request for Unifi expansion to my area. here, the max i could get is only 1MBps i have tried emailing to them, calling them, so far all i get is a standard reply. "call back after 3 months", "will keep you updated once there is coverage", so on and so forth. anyone had the same experience that im going through?? kinda getting tired. zzzz.... I heard from sales people last time, if you can get at least 40 persons request the service, TM should expand to your area. If not, report to MCMC. Not sure it's true or not. Request using residence assosiation is better.
