having terrible connection right now.. using IP 175.x.x.x

Hi guys want to ask how to portforward the stock router RG4332.. I have set up everything like this link: http://www.serverlink.com.my/Unifi_RG4332
In the end use port checker tool still shows the port is not opened..  I have no issue portforwarding the modem TM provided before during using streamyx |
