So basically IT IS happening, but its just taking some time to roll out to users, and it wasn't some sort of screw up on TM side that some people got higher upload speeds?

Would definitely be awesome if I could get 20mbps. Would be able to stream better from my NAS here on my singtel connection....

Most of us here already got the upgraded speed, even 50Mbps users got their upload speed upgraded to 20Mbps.
