Telekom service is slow. Called them and requested to upgrade from VIP5 to 30mb in Wednesday. Till now no news.

No. what i'm asking is when you apply for upgrade on friday morning and you get in the next day. Did someone from telekom need to come down to your house or they just contact you to inform you the upgrade has been completed?
