If any of you have issues with DL/UL speed, it is advisable that you did a few speed test using TM's official speed test tool. TMnet speedtest
Normally the CSO will refer through their system from your latest speedtest log record. That will lessen the hassle to explain them your DL/UL speed issues

but it seems that coverage still not as what I've expected, need a extender, any recommendations?

I dont need the HyppTV, how do I free up all the LAN port on the TP-LINK router, cos port 1 is reserved for IPTV right?

I don't understand, do u mean in the VLAN ID, i set all the port to "internet", cos port 1 shows "IPTV"

i'm using Asus router. I just use the manual setup and there is a drop down option to select ISP. If you select Unifi business, the IPTV port will automatically be freed. I dont know about other brand

TMnet paying almost RM400 to agent for every confirmed customer then pay average RM100 per installation to installer, so I dont think they will lower their monthly rate
