I just called Unifi to do an upgrade from VIP10 to UNIFI 30.

I got the RM179% + 6% GST, free Hypp TV , 30 MB Download and 10 MB Upload.

However, I no longer have the free call but I see some here say they have free call ? How can we request it or what is the criteria to get it?


Secondly, the price is 179 is promotion price, but after 2 years will be back to 199 , is this true for all?

Thirdly, I been on stock router since 5 years plus ago, since I am using the 30 MB package now, is it necessary for me to get a better router , and what is the suggested router?

Guys, thanks for the input. Can recommend me which after market router model? Generally something with a good Wifi reach and for torrent usage.

Guys, my previous 10 MB Bills was charged at 189.95 plus GST. When I upgrade to 30 MB, I was told its the same price. However, my montly bills now is 193.4.

Is this the normal rate for 30 MB after GST? 193.4
