Unless the unit u bought is a lemon where u need to take it back for replacement or warranty, it will work.

That router alto not too expensive is good for normal home use. I used it for >1 yr.

Wifi 50ft, 8 devices, many terabytes.

Unifi30 with this router can deliver 4K uhd video and dd5.1 audio with Netflix flawlessly.

Just IPv4, 2.4ghz, no special settings.

Modem no worry, it is warrantied as long as u use unifi.

Router, better buy yr own after upgrade to get better performance.

Hypptv box, ask for it. Alto not covered, my dealer said if I really need new one, he can get one for me as some customers don't want it.

Lay new cable, TM point can arrange but probably have to pay, negotiate, as free installation only for first time customer.

they did charge my cc during the free trial!

but it was easy to cancel, online chat to confirm refund, got it promptly.

i resubscribed hd pack rm42 2 weeks after expiry.

will upgrade to uhd rm51 when more new 4k stuff comes out.

unifi30 is more than enough for uhd 4k pack - almost zero hiccup.

the best thing about NETFLIX is its stability, ease of use, almost all hd video and dd5.1 audio. no other app comes near to it - not iflix, kodi, atog, hypptv everywhere or another dozen apps i have used before. so, rm42-51 is well worth it as long as one is happy with the selection.

u r not describing clearly.

there is no such thing as "subscribe 1 channel". the channels come in fixed packs.

normally, u pay for 1 pack, not 2 or 3 packs. removing any channel means removing that pack, which is not allowed. you can only change pack.

one more case. this is the 5th case i read in this thread, incl mine.

check the bill. if u find a line charge "voice discount", that's the problem.

i really don't know why but it seems there is some dept or section in unifi for some unknown reason seem to randomly void the discount for yr hypptv and the reversal turns up as a debit as "voice discount".

get back to your dealer/tm point, tell them, they can fix it.

Netflix is buffering which does not normally.

Iflix is buffering worse which is strange since it is TM, local product.

but... like others have already said, that box is too basic to do much. u r much much better off with a separate androidbox.

or if changing tv, get a smart tv with a good android inside which works the same as an android box.

with 30mbps, you can get a lot of stuff if u have the proper equipment - netflix hd/uhd, iflix (foc 1 yr for unifi users), youtube, browser and a whole load of other great apps (some in HD) for entertainment and int'l tv stations.

u should not worry about that.

there are kinds of variations from unifi, not std.

due to all kinds of customers, long time, new, condos, houses, high competition, no competition, dealer promo, no dealr promo, etc.

179 with aneka is the base; if u get extra, good la!

there are others who get even more, for good reasons.

maybe tm issue, maybe yr location, maybe yr router, maybe yr channel setting, maybe house vs highrise, may fiber vs copper, etc., etc.

definitely not wifi.

to get to the root cause u need to describe those details, then others can help u diagnose.

i get this almost all the time, last 9 months, wifi 50ft, 3 devices in use.

i do not use hyppewhere anymore.

but i remember it was limited, not all channels are there.

ruby... i think NONE is on hyppewhere, but not sure...
