400ms+ ping for us server =.='' how to solve? Is it due to TM submarine cable fault cause high ping... any1 can tell me?

Server in Los Angeles... Normally what is normal ping result for AL server? Now almost 300ms ~ 600ms

That mean even TM fix the sea cable end of the month... The ping also same like now? Or will be better? Is there any way to get the good connection to the LA game server? I use SG VPN more teruk

Last time i had an issue where i only got ~8mbps after upgrading to VIP10
The technician checked my BTU and the attainable rate there was also 8-9mbps
He decided to bypass the box(with the red LED) and finally BTU shows 13-14mbps

So i wanted to at least check before i do any sort of upgrades
(if i really do get a better offer than 179)

you have changed it to router or the wifi router? I planning to change the wifi router. Will it speed up my connection a little bit?

Anyone facing slow connection even to local site? I just did a speedtest to local server. Not even 3Mbps when I am paying for 30.

I've just installed my 30mbps last week, it was a non-standard installation, due to my kitchen wall is tiles, contractor said can't drill, have to go through 3rd floor, over the roof, and all the way down to living hall again.
Initially they charge RM450, but I managed to bargain for RM400. Is it a reasonable price or did they overcharged? Can i log complaint to TM?

I've no idea about the market rate, so I'm seeking advice in this forum. their work is from ground floor, all the way up to 3rd floor, over the rooftop, then down into my living hall again. contractor said used about 100M of fiber, I'm also not sure
so if u guys think it's reasonable, then I'm ok with it

What a dissapointment if the leaked package are true.
But then, nothing could by done as TM still not feeling the threat from TIME as their coverage is not as strong as TM.
Maxis priced about the same as TM since they uses TM backbone too.
