Running these sized 205/55R16 on my MPV for the past 1mth. Generally as eco tires, and compared against my experience with XM1 & 2, Ecopia EP200 and Dunlop LM704:
+ Made in Japan (if it means anything to anyone)
+ no annoying trademark eco-tire squeaks on smooth car park surfaces
+ rolls further when I coast the vehicle
+ wide longitudinal groves disperses water very effortlessly (less tendency to aquaplane)
- possibly due to less rubber contact to the road, there is less road-feedback and a very little less grip compared to the Dunlop that it replaced, which is noticeable during cornering.

I was looking for a quieter comfort based tires (crossing out directional tires), and preferred thicker tire walls to withstand curbing (ruling out most Continentals). Premacy 4 was high on my list after having run on Premacy LC on this vehicle and enjoyed the balance between NVH and ride control, but cannot justify its asking price.

hi sir, thanks for the info..

then it is not so good for dry grip as fast cornering will make the car skid..

Grip is still good (if not better) as far as comfort eco tires go. If I drove harder, then I would consider something like PS3 but at the expense of a little NVH.

Michelin's Premacy range are geared towards comfort and low rolling noise, compared to their PS which better suite those prioritizing grip and handling.
