I just installed Llumar Diamond 6 security tint for my own car yesterday. TSER 59% VLT 63% IRR 97%. Break strength 181 Ib/inch. 10 years warranty.

So hoping to do the same for the Civic when it comes. Hope ill get a voucher/rebate from my SA in KL.

When discussing tints, always use the exact product model not just the brand. Each brand has about 10-15 models. Also check the break strength if ure comparing security tints.

Don't just install solar tints. What's important is your safety too.

The highest grade security tint from Ecotint is the Ray Barrier Signature Class Aegis 6 if im not mistaken.

Dont think its widespread issue. Else it's all over the internet already. president pigin mentioned his engine bay feels hot from normal driving which quite normal during break in period.

Likely in the thai isolated cases, they whack the car during the break in period.
