I went to see the 3 variants during lunch today, LED headlamps look good but the halogen is not ugly either... for RM8000 really need to consider. Interior wise both TC and TC-P is the same! Dual zone aircond, rarely use that and navigation which if able to hdmi view waze even better. But not sure if when parking brake is down, hdmi mirror works?

Also I noticed when I put down the arm rest at the backseat, there is actually a hole at the seats... can feel the bar from inside cabin . And only able to locate 6 speakers... front door 2 each, at the backboard 2.

Yes, 1.8L fabric was not nice and looked cheap. Even the rear seat cushion felt very soft. Bit dissapointed here.

I think if compare to previous Civic, this is shorter, but the rear seat lower and lean to the back, so indirectly generate more leg rooms. International version the backseat is adjustable, but Malaysia version is not, too bad.

And the RM1500 3M or EcoTint recommended by HM are not security tint?

Agree, but the real issue is the warranty for power window in case you tint your window outside. not just power window but the whole door components will be compromised as well.  I spoke to Honda service centre manager, the first thing they will check is your tint. If not Honda product then be prepared to fork out your own money for repair.

Correct Dares - now Honda city showroom is full of all Honda Civic ownere complaining on all the problem you mentioned!!
HM is suffering on the civic issue and a worldwide recall is being planned..
this is the biggest recall and cancellation in the automotive industry and will cause Honda to suffer their biggest loss for a few years...their best selling civic model is losing a lot of faithful customer due to all the problem Dares described and each civic owner is cursing and regret..

there is an online petition now to USA whitehouse to ask Honda to provide full refund to all new civic owners
current civic ownere plann to demonstrate in HM head office this weekend cause their new car is totally unusable from day 1..

honda CEO in japan is going to resign due to all the problem Dares described..
