Its due to CVT characteristic. It doesn't FEEL fast... but it's already fast once u look in ur speedometer.  Coz it's even outdrag the USDM Civic Si with a 2.4L NA!

If anything, the new Civic looks way more rice than the FB.



I think it is abundantly clear who Honda is aiming at with this design language, and it's not the mature buyers.

I go for condo instead of car because house can appreciate and normal car depreciate every years.

My opinion differs on this though, i do think the interior of this new Civic will definitely be at least on par with the Mazda3 (if not better). Judging by their humiliation of the previous model, they are going to be very aggressive this time to win back the market. They knew what the market is offering, they surely studied their competitors (heck they even try to compare against premium compact brands). For the very least, it won't be

Is it recommended the turbo trim to pump RON95?

The city rear seats are tiny ones, zero thigh support, and angled almost 90 degrees.
If you measure leg room from the gap between the rear seats to the front ones, then the ones making the tiniest seats wins LOL.

Can't believe people actually didn't see that. The City gets bigger shoulder room (it appears) by making the doors plastic really tiny as well.

Honda so clever, give you less and make you think it's more.

Yeah... I'm gonna go and have a look this weekend, perhaps a test drive as well. Users here mentioned that the 1.8 can have a leather upgrade to have the dash, door trims and the armrest to be fitted with leather. If it's true then maybe I'll just get the 1.8 upgraded with leather

Any idea why the US market Civic X 1.5T isn't promoted with the VTEC wordings ?
The 2.0NA Civic X is marketed with DOHC i-VTEC.

VTEC is Honda's terminology for variable valve timing, so its there.

Being low will get scratch from the bottom of the car. Side wall being hit is due to manoeuvre in a tight corner in parking bay due to long wheelbase.
